Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments made to ArcaGen may be refunded.

ArcaGen provides medical second opinion coordination and administrative support services. A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment, provided that service coordination has not yet started.

Once coordination activities have begun, including case review preparation, document verification, or engagement with professional partners, the service is considered initiated and becomes non-refundable.

In cases where a requested service cannot be completed due to objective or technical reasons, ArcaGen may offer an alternative solution or a partial refund, excluding administrative and processing fees.
